Ingredients

1 lb chix breast

1 small onion

3 tbs flour

3 tbs butter

3 c milk

1 c chix broth

2 1/2 c cheddar cheese

1 spoonful Dijon mustard

pinch cayenne pepper & paprika

S & P (to taste)

1 package macaroni pasta

Preparation

Cut chix into cubes and cook in skillet,adding chopped onion,S & P when browned on one side. Meanwhile boil pasta,add broccoli midway through cooking.Drain,return to pot and set aside.Melt butter,mix in flour and cook awhile then whisk in milk,broth,paprika and cayenne pepper.Heat through and add cheese,then mustard.Add to pasta, add chicken to pasta,salt to taste.Transfer to baking dish,top with bread crumbs & parmesan cheese.Broil 5-10 minutes till done!
