Ingredients

28 oz. whole broccoli or 16 oz. flowerettes

1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon balsalmic vinegar

1 teaspoon grainy mustard

Preparation

  1. Cut off flowerettes and steam them for 5-7 minutes until tender but firm.
  2. Meanwhile, in serving dish, whisk remaining ingredients for dressing. When broccoli is cooked, drain and stir into dish, coating thoroughly.
