Ingredients

2 packages frozen chopped broccoli

1 small head cooked broccoli, chopped

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 T fresh lemon juice

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 cup cheddar cheese

Ritz crackers crumbled and sauteed in butter

Preparation

  1. Cook broccoli.
  2. Put all of the cooked, frozen broccoli in the bowl of a food processor.
  3. Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, mushroom soup and cheddar cheese in the bowl of the food processor and process till well mixed.
  4. Stir in (by hand) the cooked, chopped fresh broccoli.
  5. Mix well and put in buttered casserole dish.
  6. Top with buttered Ritz cracker crumbs.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes, until bubbly.
