5 bags broccoli slaw (13 oz.)
3 cups salted sunflower seeds
4 pkgs. beef ramen noodles
2 bunches scallions or 1 med. onion
Combine slaw, sunflower seeds, and chopped scallions or onion. Break the hard noodles up into the mix (use kitchen shears). Do not cook.
Dressing:
Mix:
1 C oil
2/3 C white wine vinegar
1/2 - 1/3 C sugar (depends on how sweet you like it)
3 of the seasoning packets from the ramen noodles.
Mix with a wire whisk until blended.
Pour all of dressing on the entire salad. Mix well and chill for 24 hours.
