Ingredients:

1 bag of broccoli slaw

1 bunch of scallions, cut up

1 cup of slivered almonds

1 cup of sunflower seeds (hulled)

2 packages of beef Ramen noodles (uncooked and crumpled up)

Dressing:

3/4 cup olive oil

1 cup white wine vinegar

1/2 cup sugar (or sugar substitute)

2 seasoning packets from the beef Ramen noodles

Mix ingredients, add dressing, and refrigerate for an hour. (Even better if marinated over night … and it tastes good for days!)
