Ingredients
1 (16 oz) package broccoli coleslaw mix
2 (3 oz) packages chicken flavored ramen noodles.
1 bunch green onions
1 c unsalted peanuts
1 c sunflower seeds
1/2 c white sugar
1/4 c vegetable oil
1/3 c cider vinegar
Preparation
- In large bowl, combine the slaw, broken noodles, and green onions.
- Whisk together sugar, oil, vinegar, and ramen seasoning packets. Pour over salad, and toss evenly ot coat. Refrigerate until chilled. Top with oeanuts and sunflower seeds right before serving.
