Ingredients
Dressing: 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 1/2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp white vinegar.
Salad: 3 cups of broccoli (small pieces), 1 whole red onion (chopped finely), 1 cup cran-raisins (optional), 1 cup bacon (small pieces), 1/2 cup sunflower seeds.
Preparation
Once all salad ingredients are put in a bowl, add dressing. I like to chill the salad for about 30 minutes to give it that refreshing, light taste. But you can serve it right away.
