Ingredients
5 cups cut fresh broccoli, bite-size
1 cup raisins
1 cup walnuts, chopped coarse
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/2 lb. crisp bacon, break into small pieces after frying
DRESSING:
1 cup mayonnaise, low/non-fat
1\2 cup sugar
3 T. white vinegar
Preparation
Mix dressing together, making sure the sugar is completely incorporated. Pour over salad and enjoy.
