Ingredients

1 lb fresh broccoli, hopped

1/2 c chopped red onion

1/2 c chopped celery

1/2 lb bacon, fried crisp and crumbled

1/2 c grated cheddar cheese

1/2 c pecans, chopped

DRESSING

1/2 c mayo

2-3 T sugar

1 T red wine vinegar

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients (except dressing) In a small bowl combine mayo, sugar and vinegar and mix until well blended. Just before serving, pour dressing over broccoli mixture and mix to coat evenly.
