Ingredients
2 bunches of broccoli
1/2 small package of mozarella cheese
8 slices of bacon
For salad dressing:
2 tablespoons mayo
1/2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
black pepper
Salt
Preparation
First cut broccoli tops in very small pieces trying to go with the original shape of broccoli. Put broccoli in a bowl with cold ice water and ice cubes to soak for at least 1 hour before serving. Cut the bacon in small cubes and put in skillet until crispy, remove from heat and let it cool. Cut cheese in small cubes as well and set aside. For dressing: Mix mayo very slowly with vinegar until smooth and add pepper and sugar and a pinch of salt. When ready to serve drain broccoli and mix with cheese cubes, dressing and bacon crisps. Ouila!!
