Ingredients

2 bunches broccoli

½ c. shredded carrot

1 red onion

½ c crumbled bacon

½ c sunflower seed

½ c. shredded cheddar

½ c. raisins

Preparation

Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces (you can also use a combination of broccoli and cauliflower). Mix with the other ingredients. This portion can be done in advance.

Just before serving, stir together 1 c mayonnaise, 2 T. vinegar, and ¼ c sugar.  Stir into the salad and serve at once.
