Ingredients

2 heads of fresh broccoli

2 cups lite mayo

3 TBL white wine vinegar

1/4 c. sunflower seeds

1/4 golden raisins (optional)

1 8 oz. bag shredded mild cheddar cheese

1 small red onion diced fine

Preparation

Wash broccoli well, remove stalks, and chop florets in either a food processor or by hand (knife) into small bite-size pieces; dice onion into small/fine pieces; combine mayo & white wine vinegar - mix well; combine broccoli, cheese, onion, sunflower seeds, and raisins (optional)& mayo dressing - mix well, cover and refrigerate for at least one hour
