Ingredients
Salad
4 cups broccoli florets
1/2 cup plump raisins
1/2 cup unsalted peanuts
8 slices cooked bacon-crumbled
3/4 cup chopped green onion
Dressing
1 cup mayonaise
2 tbs sugar
2 tbs cider vinegar
Preparation
Make the salad and combine with the dressing and then let it marinate for at least an hour in the refrigerator.
