Ingredients
1 lg. bunch broccoli, blanched and cut into bite-sized pieces
4 oz. shredded Cheddar
1/2 lb. bacon, fried & crumbled
1 medium red onion, chopped
Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tbls white vinegar
Preparation
In a medium bowl, combine first four ingredients; mix well.
In a small saucepan, combine dressing ingredients and heat over low until creamy. Pour over salad and mix well. Refrigerate before serving
