cups coarsely chopped fresh broccoli florets

cup sliced green onions

small tomato, seeded, chopped (3/4 cup)

1/2

cup purchased fat-free peppercorn ranch salad dressing

(6-inch) pita (pocket) breads, halved

Leaf lettuce

Preparation

In medium bowl, combine broccoli, onions, tomato and salad dressing; mix well.

Line each pita bread half with lettuce. Fill each with about 2/3 cup salad mixture.
