Ingredients
1 onion chopped
1/2 stick margarine
1 (3 lb.) chicken stewed and cut up
1 (10 oz.) package choppen, frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
1 cup quick-cooking rice, uncooked
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/4 cup water
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
Preparation
Saute onion in butter until transparent. Add cooked, diced chicken, broccoli, rice, soup, water, milk and cheese. Mix well. Pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
