Ingredients

1 package broccoli slaw

1 chicken ramen noodle package

1/2 cup toasted almonds, chopped

1/2 cup scallions, sliced

1/2 cup or less vegetable oil

2 Tablespoons sugar

3 Tablespoons red wine vinegar

Preparation

Mix the slaw, scallions and almonds. Crush the uncooked noodles and add them to the mix. Whisk the oil, vinegar, sugar, ramen seasoning packet and toss with the slaw. Add salt and pepper to taste.
