Ingredients

1 Head of Broccoli Rabe

1 Large Onion sliced

1 wedge of Brie with white removed

1/2 lime

4 cooked sausages sliced

pinch of red pepper flakes

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Blanch broccoli rabe and place in ice water bath

Slice onion and saute in olive oil till translucent

Add sausage and heat through

Slice brie and melt

Drain broccoli and press out excess water

Add to pan

Add salt pepper and red pepper to taste.

Add juice of half lime
