Ingredients

4 c. red potatoes, thinly sliced

1/2 c. onion, chopped

2 c. broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces

6 slices medium cheddar cheese

1 can (10.75 oz.) cream of mushroom soup

1/3 c. sour cream

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease (I used Pam) a casserole dish (7"x11"). Mix the cream of mushroom soup with the sour cream and spread about 1/3 of it in the bottom of your dish. Spread the potatoes and onion on top with another 1/3 of the sauce on top of that. Bake for about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and place the broccoli in an even layer. Spread the remaining sauce on top of the broccoli and top with the cheddar cheese. Put back in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes (depending on how done you like your broccoli).
