Ingredients
1/2 lb. chicken breasts, sliced finely
1 garlic clove chopped
1 inch cube ginger chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 onion chopped
1 small head broccoli chopped
1 carrot sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp cornstarch mixed with a little water
Preparation
- Mix together the ginger, garlic and soy sauce. Add the chicken and marinade for 1 hour.
- Heat the wok and add a little oil. Add the chicken and stir fry over a low heat for 5 minutes.
- Add the remaining vegetables and stir fry for a further 5 minutes.
- Add the remaining sauce ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes. If necessary, add a little of the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce.
