Ingredients

1 can Cream of Celery Soup

1 soup can milk

1 1/2 cups cooked broccoli, stalks chopped

1 tsp. lemon pepper

4 ozs. Colby Jack cheese, grated

Note: can substitute Cream of Mushroom soup, if preferred.

Preparation

Combine soup & milk in heavy saucepan. Whisk over medium heat till smooth. Add broccoli & lemon pepper. Whisk to combine. Reduce heat to low & heat for 5 minutes. Ladle into bowls, sprinkle w/cheese & serve.
