Ingredients

-2 (10-ounce) frozen packages of chopped broccoli, cooked and drained.

half cup chopped mushrooms

1 cup low fat mayo

1 cup grated sharp cheddar

half cup parmesan cheese

1 small can of cream of mushroom soup

2 eggs, lightly beaten

1 cup bread crumbs

2 tablespoons melted butter

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 13 by 9-inch baking dish with veg. oil spray. In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, mushrooms, soup, cheese, eggs. Mix well and place mixture in baking dish. Top with bread crumbs and a little sprinkle of cheeses. Pour melted butter evenly over crumbs. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until set and browned.
