Ingredients

2 (10-ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli

1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

2 eggs, beaten

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup mayonnaise

Paprika

Dash of red pepper

Preparation

Cook broccoli. Drain & spoon into a lightly greased 10- x 2-inch baking dish; set aside. Combine soup, 1/2 cup cheese, milk, mayonnaise, eggs & red pepper. Spoon soup mixture evenly over broccoli. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese & paprika. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
