Ingredients
1 1/2 C chopped onion
1 T margarine
2 C milk
1 8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 10 oz. frozen broccoli
1/4 t nutmeg
Preparation
Saute onions and margarine Add milk, cream and velveeta cheeses. Stir until melted. Add nutmeg. Cook broccoli in microwave and then add to soup. Cook on low for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
