Ingredients
1/2 bunch broccoli
1/2 cauliflower
1 red onion
1 c. finely shredded cheddar
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 c. peanuts (honey roasted)
Dressing -
1 c. lite mayo
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. sugar (or less)
Preparation
Chop vegegies (small chop or larger pieces as you like them)
Mix dressing then combine with other ingredients and refrig a few hours or overnite
