Ingredients

20 oz Frozen Broccoli

20 oz Frozen Cauliflower

1/4 C butter

8 oz cream cheese

1 can Celery Soup

Italian Bread Crumbs

Preparation

Cook Broccoli and Cauliflower and drain. Combine butter, cream cheese and celery soup and heat until melted, stirring to mix. Pour over Broccoli and Cauliflower and lightly toss. Pour into square pan, and sprinkle with italian bread crumbs. bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
