Ingredients

Package of frozen broccoli, cook

2 breasts of chicken, boil & shred

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 cup of mayo

1 teaspoon curry powder

10+ crackers (Ritz or saltines)

1 cup of cheddar cheese

5 thin slices of butter (or margarine)

Preparation

  1. Cook broccoli, drain. Place in bottom of casserole dish.
  2. Boil chicken for 20 minutes, then shred.
  3. Mix together in large mixing bowl: soups, mayo, curry powder & chicken.
  4. Add mixture on top of broccoli.
  5. Crush crackers & add to top of casserole.
  6. Add shredded cheese to top of casserole.
  7. Add sliced butter to the top of the casserole.
  8. Bake 30 minutes @ 325.
