Ingredients
Package of frozen broccoli, cook
2 breasts of chicken, boil & shred
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup of mayo
1 teaspoon curry powder
10+ crackers (Ritz or saltines)
1 cup of cheddar cheese
5 thin slices of butter (or margarine)
Preparation
- Cook broccoli, drain. Place in bottom of casserole dish.
- Boil chicken for 20 minutes, then shred.
- Mix together in large mixing bowl: soups, mayo, curry powder & chicken.
- Add mixture on top of broccoli.
- Crush crackers & add to top of casserole.
- Add shredded cheese to top of casserole.
- Add sliced butter to the top of the casserole.
- Bake 30 minutes @ 325.
