Ingredients

2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli

1/2 lb velveeta cheese

1/4 lb margarine

40 Ritz crackers

Preparation

Cook broccoli and drain, reserve 1/2 cup of liquid. Add sliced cheese to liquid and 1/2 stick of margarine. Melt in pan and add cooked broccoli. Place in casserole dish. Melt remaining margarine and rolled cracker crumbs to margarine; cover broccoli with buttered cracker mizture. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Double for larger groups.
