Ingredients
2 pkgs chopped broccoli
8 oz Velveeta cheese
1 1/2 stacks of Ritz crackers
1 stick of margarine
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 Cook frozen broccoli as directed on package. Drain Slice Velveeta into thin slices In a fry pan, brown crumbled crackers in marjarine(stirring to prevent burning) In a casserole dish: Put half of cooked chopped broccoli Top with half of prepared cheese Put remaining half layer of broccoli Top with remaining cheese Put browned crackers on top Bake until cheese is boiling through top and looks browned
