Ingredients

1 cup long grain wild rice

1 small onion

1 pkg. of frozen broccoli

1 can water chestnuts

1 small jar sliced mushrooms

2 stalks celery

1 block Monderey Jack cheese

1 can cream of mushroom soup.

Preparation

Cook brown rice in 2 cups water, boil on high for 5 minutes, turn to low setting, cover with lid, cook 45 minutes. Grate up cheese and onion. Drain rice, put in oblong cooking dish, add cheese on top of rice, so cheese can melt, add all remaing ingredients, stir real good. Cook in over 350 degrees with lid on for 30 minutes. Remove lid and cook uncovered for 5 minutes.
