Ingredients
Fresh broccoli cut into flowerettes and tender stems
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayonaise
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 teaspoon vinegar
dash of onion salt
2 eggs
saltine crackers
Preparation
Mix all ingredients but crackers. Place in a greased souffle dish. Top with crushed saltines. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
