Ingredients

leaf lettuce - torn into pieces

raw broccoli - roughly chopped

baby carrots - sliced

sprouts - rinsed well, and drained

cucumber - sliced, skin removed

cashew nuts - roughly chopped

salt - to taste

fresh ground black pepper - to taste

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 pinch flax seeds

Preparation

This recipe is super easy. Simply clean and chop/slice all the ingredients, and combine in a bowl.

Add salt, pepper, and lime to taste. Toss, serve, and enjoy.
