4 slices bacon
4 eggs
1 cup half and half
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
2 cups broccoli fowerets
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 garlic powder
1/8 tsp lemon pepper
Preparation
preheat oven 350 cook bacon until crisp beat eggs with cream and cheese stir in broccoli, salt, garlic powder and lemon pepper crumble bacon, stir 1/2 in egg mixture pour mixture into a 9 inch pie plate bake 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. top with remaining bacon serve with green salad and crusty bread
