Ingredients
1 cup celery & parsely finely chopped
1 cup (uncooked) rice cooked and drained
2 pkgs frozen broccoli or cuts
2 16oz pkgs shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 can low sodium cream of chicken soup
1 can low sodium cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
Cook rice Mix all other ingredients with 1 pkg of cheese. Cook uncovered for 25 - 30 minutes or until bubbling. Spread remaining pkg of cheese on top and return to oven. When cheese is melted remove and serve hot.
