Ingredients
Dressing:
1/3 cup Lite Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Sherry
2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1/8 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 Red Bell Peppers, julienne cut
1 Yellow Bell Pepper, julienne cut
1 medium White Onion, julienne cut
8 cups Broccoli, cut in bite size pieces
Preparation
Make dressing, pour over vegetables. Let sit for at least 2 hours before serving.
