Ingredients

3 large crowns of broccoli (trimmed and rough cut into florets)

Olive Oil

Pasta (Penne, shells, rigatoni)

Salt

Romano Cheese

Preparation

Bring a large pot of very salted water to the boil. Put in broccoli and pasta. Boil until pasta is cooked aldente. Drain and put back into pot. Mix with extra virgin olive oil about a cup and two large handfuls of romano. Enjoy!
