Ingredients

I bag broccoli slaw

1 C grated carrots

1 1/2 C slaw dressing

1/4 C orange juice

1 C dry roasted pistaccio nuts

3/4 C dried cherries

Preparation

Place broccoli and carrots in a bowl. At dressing and mix well. Add juice and mix. (Add more dressing if too thin) Stir in cherries and then refrigerate. Stir in nuts just before serving to keep them crunchy.
