Ingredients
1 large (or two small) briskets (5-6 pounds total)
2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 12oz bottle of chili sauce
1.5 bottles of black coffee (using the empty chili bottle to measure)
brown sugar
Preparation
Coat meat with soup. Pour other ingredients over meat. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Cover and bake at 300 for 3 hours. Let cool. Slice meat thin. Return to oven and bake at 300 for another hour until tender.
