Ingredients

1 4-5 lb 1st cut brisket

3 onions quartered

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 and 1/2 tsp. paprika

1/2 tsp soy sauce

1/3 cup mustard

1/4 cup chili sauce

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Cut up onions. Place with brisket in roasting pan and bake at 350 45 minutes until brown on top. Add about 1/2 cup water, cover and bake 1 hour. Add spices, spreading mustard over top. Mix chili sauce and brown sugar together. Spread over top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake until tender. Makes around 8 servings.
