Ingredients

4 lb rump or bottom round

2T soy sauce

2T worchestishire

3/4 C ketchup

3/4 C water

2 T vinegar

1/4 C brown sugar

2 T dry mustard

1 T horseradish

1 minced onionflour

egg noodles

Preparation

Mix together the soy sauce, worchestishire, ketchip, water, vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, horseradish and onion. flour the roast and pan, and bake at 275 for 4 hours. serve with egg noodles
