Ingredients
Water 2 gal
Maple syrup .75 c
Mollasas .25 c
Soy Sauce .75 c
Lemon juice .25 c
Ginger, fresh 4 oz
Cloves 5 ea
Preparation
- Take 1 gal of water and mix rest of ingredients with it.
- Bring to boil on stove and let simmer 15 min.
- Remove from stove and add 1 gal of ice.
- Put turkey into plastic bag and pour cold brine over.
- Squeeze excess air out of the bag and put into refridgeration for 24 hours.(make sure brine covers turkey)
