Ingredients
3/4 lb. Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks)Butter
Small Carton Cottage Cheese
2 Tbs. Sour Cream
1/4 tsp. Garlic Salt
4 green onions or 10 chives
Preparation
Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Cut cheese and butter into cubes and put in food processor. Add cottage cheese, sour cream and garlic salt. Process until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Once smooth, mix in minced green onions or finely chopped chives. Serve with your favorite cracker.
