Whole-wheat tortilla

hummus

spinach leaves

roasted red pepper and turkey

Preparation

Spread a thin layer of hummus over whole tortilla leaving 1/4 inch on edge, cover with spinach leaves, thin slices of roasted red pepper and sliced deli turkey. Sprinkle w/ salt and pepper. Roll up, enclose tightly in plastic wrap and set seam side down. Slice into 1/4 inch rounds. Bright turkey roll-up slices that taste great and are packed with good nutrition!
