Ingredients
1 pkg. 8 oz. brie
1 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup walnuts, pecans or almonds
Preparation
preheat over to 325 degrees. melt butter in saucepan until it foams. add nuts and saute until browned. do not burn. carefully remove white rind from top of brie. arrange nuts on top and sprinkle with brown sugar. place in oven proof dish and bake 5-8 minutes or until heated through.
