Ingredients
1/2 pound Brie Cheese, rind removed
2 tablespoons Bertoli Olive Oil
2 vine ripe tomatoes, 1/2" dice
1 pound gemeli or rotini
8 rinsed basil leaves snipped fine
Preparation
Prepare gemeli or rotini according to package directions.
Over a very low heat, or in a small crockpot, warm olive oil, and brie cheese and tomatoes. Take care not to boil or overheat. When ingredients are melted together, stir in basil and serve over pasta.
