Ingredients
Brie Spreadable Cheese (or brie, room temp)
Prosciutto (or ham)
Fig Preserves (or rasberry, apple, etc)
Alfalfa Sprouts
Baguette
Preparation
One baguette makes about four sandwiches. Cut baguette into equal parts and then slice. On one side spread the brie and on the other piece of bread place a thin layer of preserves. Top with prosciutto and alfalfa sprouts, cut in half (i like triangles :D ).
