Ingredients

tablespoons mayonnaise

teaspoons finely chopped fresh basil

slices white bread, toasted

oz. Brie cheese, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices

leaves leaf lettuce
1
small tomato, thinly sliced
Preparation
In small bowl, combine mayonnaise and basil; blend well. Spread mayonnaise mixture on one side of each toasted bread slice.
On 2 bread slices, mayonnaise mixture side up, layer cheese, lettuce and tomato. Top with remaining bread slices, mayonnaise side down.
