Ingredients

17 ounces Puff pastry

6 ounces Brie Cheese

3 ounces Raspberry Preserves

3 ounces Almond slivers

1 large egg beaten

Preparation

Roll out puff pastry to 11". Cut into 2" squares. Place a bite of brie, raspberry preserves and a sliver of almond in the pastry. pinch tops to close. Place on a cookie sheet with pinched part down. brush with egg and place in freezer. Once frozen Preheat oven to 350. Bake until golden brown. about 10 minutes. If you are not baking right away removed them from the cookie sheet and placed in zip lock freezer baggies and stored in the freezer. Bake them from a frozen state.
