Ingredients
1/2 head cabbage, 1/8" slice
1/2 head red cabbage 1/8" slice
2 lg carrots, shredded
1/2 bulb fennell, sm dice
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
dressing
1/3 cup rice vinegar
1 TBSP sesame oil
1/4 tsp crushed garlic
salt & pepper to taste
1 TBSP “Very Teriyaki” or similar
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
1 tsp black sesame seeds
juice from 1/4 lemon
Preparation
Cut all vegetables & toss together.
whisk together dressing ingredients separately, then add to cabbage mixture to taste.
