Ingredients
1 lb 90/10 ground sirloin
1 lb 80/20 ground chuck
3 oz beer
1 oz Worcestershire sauce
Kosher Salt
Fresh Ground Pepper
Preparation
- Lightly combine meat and beer
- Sprinkle sauce over meat
- Separate meat into 6 sections
- Patty burger 1/2" thick x 5-6" round
- Sprinkle a good amount of salt and pepper on both sides of burger
- Turn the heat up and grill’em hot and fast, 3-5 minutes per side
