Ingredients

1 lb 90/10 ground sirloin

1 lb 80/20 ground chuck

3 oz beer

1 oz Worcestershire sauce

Kosher Salt

Fresh Ground Pepper

Preparation

  1. Lightly combine meat and beer
  2. Sprinkle sauce over meat
  3. Separate meat into 6 sections
  4. Patty burger 1/2" thick x 5-6" round
  5. Sprinkle a good amount of salt and pepper on both sides of burger
  6. Turn the heat up and grill’em hot and fast, 3-5 minutes per side
